"ABOUT CELLO “Tony Robertson founded Cello Catering in 2003, after a long career in the catering Industry, Tony has worked with and alongside some of the industry's leading chefs including Anton Edelman and Brian Turner. The food culture of our company is robust and unique. While everyone remembers our specialities — Steamed Bao (Chinese steamed Buns) and barbecues — there are even more things to discover. From fine dining for your wedding, to our weekly food offerings at Reading University (Thursday term time) and Chow Food Market in Reading Old Market (Fridays), there is something here for the foodie in all of us!
We at Cello can offer you a number of different services to suit your requirements and budget.
End User Recipe development using your products in innovative ways, these can be targeted at very different audiences for example chefs or the general public. We will write them to a brief from yourself or your clients if you want us to work along side their own staff.
Food styling for photo shoots for recipe cards, books and in-house use, we have access to a number of studios and although we have our favourite we will of course use your choice of photographer.
Trouble shooting if you think you have a problem with your catering service we can advise on solutions and implement them for you if required.
Project management We can develop a whole food concept for you including the implementation manuals, design of the kitchen, kitchen build, graphics and suppliers. On larger projects we will work with a number of associates who are experts in their own fields, it will make managing the project easier for you as you will only have us to liaise with . We will manage the whole project for you.

Cropredy is a music festival - it could never be pidgeon-holed as a folk festival. Along with the finest in folk and folk rock - Lindisfarne, Julie Fowlis, Steeleye Span, Ralph McTell, Cara Dillon - the Cropredy audience has witnessed the likes of Alice Cooper, Robert Plant, Status Quo, Steve Winwood and Buzzcocks. Basically, whatever music Fairport like is what ends up on the bill.
